Good service for documents to major centres but other items off the beaten track, a bit less efficient.

I used Postnet as the local drop-off point in Kloof, Durban (South Africa) and they were very efficient. My passport documents arrived in Durham, UK in exactly 4 days. So they were on time and efficient, but not cheap (R500). Earlier in the year, I sent a small envelope with a soft toy to Oslo, Norway and it took about 8 days to eventually arrive and then the recipient had to pay customs duties which was not expected, so they were not so efficient there.
