Ncedo Tshayisa is absolutely amazing!! I had a package coming from the UK to JHB SA, which I needed to have within 3/4 days before my trip to Australia and this man made that possible. He contacted DHL Heathrow numerous times and provided me with feedback from our first interaction until our last when I received my package. He advised what flight it was on, departure time etc. The level this man was prepared to go to help me, blew my mind! This is what service is about! . Ncedo is an outstanding employee and should definitely be rewarded. We need way more people like this in South Africa. Thank you!!
