Fustrasted!!!!!

My auntie in the UK has sent over a parcel to my self in South Africa. I have been tracking the parcel and DHL called to say that the parcel has arrived and what is in the parcel. I explained that its a pair of trainers.

The next day I get a call from DHL to say I need to pay R650 before they delivery. I asked why they are charging this amount and they explained something to do with Import Duties.

I refuse to pay that amount when this is a gift from my Auntie. Now I need to try and get some revised Invoice but no one knows what they are talking about. Ive called my auntie in the UK several times and Ive called DHL South Africa and this is still not resolved........
