Furious customer
Worst company ever. Tracking nr ***. No updates. Did not pick up parcel in azerbajan as promised on 30 June 2025. Customer service just dont answer the phone or finaly when they answer, they put it down before you can even ask for help. You can send emails but they do mot respond on it. We have went out of our way, to the office, made calls but no response. Useless useless!!!!. Is their nobody working for DHL that can tel me if my parcel was picked up. It has been 3 weeks. I am furious!!!!!!!!. Please do not use DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
