Full of lies!!

<p>I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 and a half weeks now! I've paid so much for 'express' shipping and was told I'd get my parcel in 4 days. </p> <p>Everytime I call DHL for updates, I'd always get **** to and get told a different story. It's really annoying as my customers are waiting for their stock and I have to keep them updated but how do I do that if I don't know where my parcel is?! Yesterday I was told my parcel has been cleared and I can arrange for a pick up as I requested to do so because I need my parcel by Sunday. So I called to arrange a pick up and the lady had told me that my parcel should still clear customs. But just yesterday I was told it was cleared. I could go on complaining. I always thought DHL would be the best and I would only use them. Never again will I use them! And I wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them too!
