Frustrated DHL customer!

It has taken longer for DHL to return a single call or produce a correct invoice, that it has for my parcel to travel halfway across the world? All the time we still had to pay EXPRESS fees, 15 e-mailes, countless phone calls later and still no joy? Not ONE returned call? Absolutely appalled by the lack of service!
