From bad to good experience...Thanks

Dear Sir/Madam. Actually i was very angry with DHL at first case. Because of a lots of misunderstanding and some of the stuff members are not taking responsibility to help customer. But The lady ,i hope my spelling is right, called Baatseba was sweet enough and responsible enough the help me to fix problem that other DHL stuff member created. I would like to appriciated her manner.See is a good value for DHL. I hope i will also see all stuff member acts like her. Many thx Mustafa
