First wrong province, now a go-slow

What pathetic service. DHL tried to deliver my parcel to the Eastern Cape, when my address is in Pretoria. Clearly they should have noted the discrepancy on the address! It has been now more than a week and I have to follow up every day when I have is empty promises of 'tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow'! I routinely receive parcels from Cape Town within 2 days using lesser known couriers!!!!
