Finance Department a joke!

Never in my life have I come across and more inefficient finance department. What they know about very basic finance and accounting is scary! My "credit controller" cannot understand the basics himself and tried to explain to me that I am wrong. It's laughable. It's not up to me as the client to have to educate your staff and if there is a small discrepancy (a super easy fix), they just cannot grasp how my solution of paying the difference will work. It's primary school maths.

If your staff are unable to get their heads around allocating part payments on an invoice with multiple waybills, then you guys have a bigger problem that I thought.
