February Parcel and the mystery of the importers code.

<p>So my wife's parcel has been with customs since February. She has paid everything that needs to be paid, but for some magical reason DHL is unable to do what they exist to do. DHL told her that customs will auction off the parcel, but why? Why is it being aution off....she paid all the customs fees, but here we are in August and still nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now suddenly she needs an importers code to get the parcel, why is it that Aramex can send us stuff for the last couple of months with no issues or requirements of an importers code, she even received other parcels through DHL, but the parcel from February needs an importers code for some unknown reason. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have waited long enough, Hopefully someone competent can assist us.</p>
