Fast Service But Needs Work

There's no denying that DHL is very efficient at moving parcels across borders(Which is the nature of the compliment) BUT if anyone reads this, I would recommend that there's just better communication at the destination country's customs.<br> <br> This was my first time importing goods and since I lacked the knowledge of how customs worked, I in turn delayed the delivery of my parcel by a few days. If I had known about the additional payment required I would have no doubt that it would have been delivered directly on time or even earlier than expected.<br> <br> In short, it is not DHL's responsibility to deal with your customs clearance and the payments therafter but I feel that a little more communication(To exactly what they need paid) to first time buyers(Like myself) could greatly improve their delivery speed and service rating.
