Fast means SLOW

Paid a lot of money for an urgent Direct DHL shipment 3 to 6... 8 days later.. NOTHING. Queried using tracking number. DHL did not have my number(???) use same supplier all the time and FedEx... No problems. Back to FedEx. Cheaper. FASTER.
