Fast Deliver - Slow to Notify Recipient.
I could not find DHL EXPRESS but I thought to put it on this platform. I will keep it short - I have been waiting for notification regarding my USA Visa delivery. From USA Johannesburg to DHL Airport Ind Cape Town. Delivered to DHL Air Cargo Center Aiport Industria Cape Town - 14 October. URGENTLY NEEDED - but only received notification via a call from their offices 12 November. I have no idea WHO is supposed to notify me - but I am grateful I have no need of the 'fast' service promised again.
