Fantastic Service

I have used DHL before and received extremely bad service even this time,it started off rocky with some frustrations when i emailed several people who just ignored me or told me you are in the wrong department (Ayanda Kondo, Trisina Govender, Benele Thema, Thabiso Motsogi, Lindiwe Klaas). which made me reluctant to use them again for my very important documents but then i was really impressed when i finally got a reply from . Ndumiso.Msane through the online contact form, she was very professional and quick she got me quoted, collected and delivered from Cape town to Egypt within 3 days over a weekend. Thank you so much i could not leave it without praising her for her excellent service. the fact is that she did everything via email because i am all the way in Saudi Arabia, I could not call. I think it just depends on the person we deal with at DHL that can make an experience this pleasing. I hope that i always deal with her or that DHL employs more hardworking and dedicated people like Ndumiso.Msane
