Fantastic customer service from Khanyisa Maluleke

Ms Khanyisa Maluleke, the Customer Service Advisor from DHL International went above and beyond the call of duty to help me track and receive my VISA package on time and ahead of the estimated time of arrival because it was an urgent shipment.

She made phone calls to operators and had me connect with the driver within an hour. In between that she regularly checked if I had successfully been in contact with the driver and assured me that she is doing the best she can. And she delivered spectacularly!
