False promises
I wrote my review a few months back regarding some disappointment in the delivery of my package by DHL from Hong Kong. They contacted me and apologised and offered compensation for the inconvenience and loss I had incurred due to their inefficiency. 3 months later, I haven't received the promised compensation at all
