Faith restored in DHL Express

I have used DHL Express many times and have always had good service from them. The one occasion there was a lack of communication and my package was not delivered on time. However, DHL Express granted me a free delivery of a parcel. I have just used the free delivery and was SO IMPRESSED with the safe and speedy delivery of the package!
