Failure to retrieve parcel
<p>So DHL are failing to retrieve a parcel that is in one of their warehouses. It took a while to settle clearance fees and the parcel would have been sent to the state warehouse. HOWEVER on the 28th of June payment was made but to date I have not received my parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Out of all the agents I've spoken to FROM Wed 28th only one has actually logged a request to have my parcel retrieved incompetence and mediocrity at its best. </p> <p>Spoke to another agent Brenda today she also made promises to have the parcel retrieved and have it delivered by tomorrow. I've heard this story too many times now how difficult is it to retrieve a parcel do they need a tractor?! </p> <p>I want my parcel by COB today useless DHL </p> <p>TRACKING NR ********** 783</p>

Please be advised that I have sent an instruction to my Operations team to retrieve the shipment and confirm once it's in our Warehouse.
Once it has arrived at our Warehouse I will arrange for delivery.

Only received the above email from Charmaine other then that based on their tracking system there has been no movement nor does it appear that the parcel has been retrieved.
As stated I'll have to wait whether this takes 30 or a 100 years DHL CANNOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY OR RETRIEVAL.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DHL TO ANYONE ELSE THEY ARE *********** AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
