Extremely poor customer service
My delivery was supposed to arrive on the 02nd December 2025 and till now I have not received it. When I contact them they keep on saying parcel will be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow comes but nothing is delivered. I am actually upset and disgrantled by all this bad customer service.
The worst part is that I actually bought a gift for someone and that person left this morning for Eastern Cape meaning now I have to pay yet another fee to a courier company and courier the parcel to Eastern Cape which is really not fair on my side.

04 Dec 2025, 15:42Once again I'm promised another tomorrow. I wonder how many weeks it's going to take to deliver a parcel from Bellville to Khayelitsha???? The first mistake DHL did was to transfer my parcel to another courier company without consulting with me because that is what's causing this major delays.

But noooo, you guys had to decide for me and transferred my parcel to your ****py nonsense of a courier company called RAM......have you checked how bad their reviews are????? They take months to deliver people's parcels and some of them get damaged along the way. The nerve you have partnering with such a company.
