Extremely disappointed in your Services
I'm disappointed in DHL international, I thought it was the best of all but I was totally wrong. I paid for my parcel to be picked up in Bulawayo Zimbabwe and delivered to me here in South Africa 2 days ago and that hasn't happened. They breached an agreement I made with them and also wasted my Mother's time who had to take an off day from work waiting for them to collect the parcel. The reason why I had to go for DHL is because i needthe parcel as a matter of urgency.
