Express services turns to weeks of no service

Waiting for a package since 26 May! Dhl gave it to Ram courier to deliver, was suppose to be overnight, Cape Town to Barrydale, still waiting. Ram apparently had to clear office due to Covid situation but how long does it take. Why do we pay for express and wait more than a week! And Ram's area manager does not return our calls or messages.
