Exceptional service ensures delivery

DHL made several unsuccessful attempts to deliver an important business letter to someone in France. The problem lay with the person it was addressed to in a town 200km from the DHL depot. It was thanks to the efforts of Zandile Dlomo in Pietermaritzburg and Itumeleng Shale in Johannesburg that the letter was eventually delivered four weeks after the first attempts. Zandile and Itumeleng went out of their way and were a joy to deal with. They are a credit to DHL. Special thanks are also due to the team in Lyon who also went out of their way to help and travelled 200km each way with each attempted delivery.
