I found that DHL was extremely responsive in dealing with a complaint I lodged on Hello Peter. I am very grateful for the support provided by Sade Eiman, a Customer Care Executive with DHL. She called me and took the time to listen while I explained my issue and subsequently sent me a detailed explanation regarding DHL's procedures and provided me with very useful contact information to assist with my future deliveries.
