Above and beyond service from Nohiya Ntsikayomzi and Shamiela !! My package was place on hold and some paperwork was needed to get it over the line. Due to my line of work I could only mangage to supply some of the paperwork as I work out of the country and is sailing in the middle of the ocean. And this was a real unforseen circumstance. Mr Nohiya and Shamiela stayed In contact with us and working through this obstacle and even called my wife to update her. MR Nohiya did his utmost best to assist us which ever way possible. Add to that timely and clear communication all along the way. Today we got informed that our package have been released and will be receiving it soon.
