Excellent service

Good day

I would like to compliment Tsholofelo Motautona on excellent customer service. There was a problem getting my parcel delivered to The Netherlands and she assisted me in trying to resolve the issue.

She was informative on the process. She gave information on what was needed that Postnet should have given me in the first place. I was supposed to have a copy of the commercial invoice, but this was not given to me by Postnet. I have sent documents before using Postnet/DHL without any issues. This was my first time sending goods and I was not fully informed until I spoke to Tsholofelo.

It's people like her that companies should hire to train others on customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction. She is so confident, professional, soft spoken, understanding and calm. Listening to her made me less angry.

I hope you have a reward system in place, as I would like to nominate her for a reward.
