Excellent service
I was experiencing a problem with the DHL website as I wanted a document collected from my home and shipped overseas.
DHL have the facility to complain called "go straight to the top", I did this and the service I received was astonishing.
Of note was Ahmed Amajee who called me a few times to resolve the issue and also to follow up.
Thanks team, keep up the good work!
