I called DHL to book some collections for important academic transcripts to send abroad.<br> <br> I dealt with someone who did not seem to grasp how to get the postal code and address quite right.<br> Three hours and three attempts later with the agent still not getting the recipient address correct, I called in to escalate this.<br> <br> I then had the good fortune of chatting to Ndumiso, who promised to help me, and he did indeed.<br> His service is so brilliant that he has stretched beyond the process of just stopping at getting my items collected, but instead has been sending me regular updates on the progress of my documents.<br> <br> He is a true asset to DHL as he turned a disgruntled and upset customer into an extremely happy and grateful one.<br> Ndumiso, you are a rockstar!<br> <br> Keep up the brilliant work!
