Ellaine Moses - Key Accounts Executive (DHL Express)
Being in Logistics Management and working closely with Project teams I find myself in situations where it is required to ship to various clients across the Globe with urgency. It is comforting to have a company executive within a Freight forwarding organization that is flexible and makes room without batting an eyelid for some of these last minute, required last year already requirements from our clients.
That is a Service Champion in my opinion and I call Her Ellaine Moses. She is a Key Accounts Executive at DHL Express and goes more miles than extra out of Her way to facilitate and make shipping in such pressing situations happen without breaking much of a sweat.
I rate Her 10 out of 5 for excellence. She's clearly passionate about what She does.
