<p>Ellaine assited me with a shipment to Botswana last night from Cape Town ( 13/10/2016 ) for a urgent breakdown, she helped with the pre-alerts along with the pre-clearance ( High Value ) to all the necessary people involved. Shipment was released early this morning ( 14/10/2016 ) and my client has already got the shipment to complete there job. Thank you for your efforts, i have a very happy client. You need more people in DHL like her as well as Thulina Nkosi who i usually deal with on a daily basis.</p>
