Dropped of package by wrong address.

I had a my package ship with DHL all the way from the US. Everytime when DHL gives my package to RAM then something happens. Most of the time the package artives later than the delivery date. And that made me ride to the airport and do mynown collections even though i paid for door to door delivery.

So yesterday, 3rd party Ram picked up my package from the airport and delivered it to someone else address. It took the person that received the package to look me up on google to make contact with me. I an so thankfull for this persons honesty and time of day.

Even though we notified DHL of the mess up. The person had to contact me again and said they never even called or collected the package yet. And the ‘so called next day’ is almost over.

This is terrible service.
