Dont use DHL if you can help it

We have been waiting for a parcel from DHL for nearly 3 weeks. No one gets back and the call centre just gives you the run around. *** DHL incorrectly captured the wrong currency and now refuses to correct their mistake. No manager or supervisor to speak to in the whole call center!! Very unprofessional .Please could someone contact us?
