DON'T USE DHL!
On Wednesday 16 August I paid DHL to collect a passport for me in Pretoria and to courier it to me in Cape Town. Today, 23 August, I have still not received it, after numerous calls to them and having been given numerous excuses. This morning I was told it had been collected, but the embassy says they still have it. This has meant that my flight will have to be postponed. Atrocious service!
