Don't trust DHL
I booked a delivery from DHL, and on the website, they provided an option to schedule the delivery before 12:30 or after 12:30. I scheduled the delivery before 12:30 because I had an appointment later on that day.
At 12:30pm I phoned DHL and was told the driver was 10 minutes away.
At 1:30pm I phoned DHL and was told the driver was 10 minutes away.
At 2:30pm, after now missing my appointment, I phoned DHL and was told that "They don't schedule deliveries". I said that they sent me an email and WhatsApp in the morning saying that they DO schedule deliveries and mine was to arrive by 12:30. The DHL representative spent about 5 minutes telling me that what I was saying was not true - despite the email and Whatsapp I have from DHL saying that it is.
DHL are *************, the website is misleading and according to their customer service representatives false, and the written information that they send you is a lie.
I have not received my delivery.
