Don’t have love ! …… DHL !
I had epilepsy medication sent up from SA to Zambia as I could not get the correct medication in Zambia, when sent from SA they DHL service point there did not stipulate any import restrictions or requirements, they accepted the medication to send and then it was held at customs because of paperwork, I had 1 day left of my medical and ended up in hospital, to add insult to injury no one at DHL was able to tell me what needs to happen for me to get my meds ……. I still don’t have them ! DHL is a waste of time and none of their employees where slightly interested or sympathetic towards my problem ! Almost cost me my life ! Shame on you !
