Good day,
I worked for DHL International in Isando for 10 years, and I have been requesting employment documents for the 2016 and 2017 tax years to resolve a matter with SARS. Unfortunately, I am being penalized for something beyond my control.
Despite providing proof of my employment, I have been informed by HR that my records cannot be located. I have repeatedly asked who I can escalate this matter to, but I have not received any guidance or assistance. This situation is having a significant negative impact on my side.
Please could you urgently assist in retrieving these documents or directing me to the correct person who can resolve this matter. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
