DO NOT USE DHL. WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER. APPALLING SERVICE.
<p>I POSTED A PARCEL TO KARABUK, TURKEY EARLY MAY 2016. STILL NOT SIGHT OF IT. STILL NOT DELIVERED. COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUERIES, EMAILS OR COMPLAINT. THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT HAVE NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY EMAIL FROM WEEKS AGO. THE PARCEL CONTAINED SOME CLOTHES AND I AM DEVASTATED THAT ITS JUST NOT DELIVERED AND I DONT KNOW IF ITS BEEN TOSSED, LOST OR DAMAGED. NOTHING. NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. </p>
