DO NOT USE DHL!!!

Kindly assist me as I have tried to be patient with your agents but nobody seems willing to solve my case. I have dealt with Frank Moleya (left me hanging), Kgomotso (also left me hanging), a supervisor called Mzwakhe (listened once, promised to call me back but never did) and Kgomotso's manager just never answered the phone.<br> My box was stopped by customs and they said they found ladies' items inside (when the invoice only states kids' clothes). I disputed this and asked for a re- examination. Frank said he sent a letter to SARS in this regard. It's going for a month now of waiting for that re- examination date and still nothing. This is commercial merchandise and for the stuff to be waiting for more than a month is very very unfair. I feel that DHL is not doing much to assist with this- just promises that they are waiting on SARS. I am starting to doubt if the items are still there- seeing as nobody has an answer for me<br> I have spent a lot of money on phone calls that never get answered!!! The one time the receptionist told me the phone lines were down for 3 days.... Like really!!! If the reception happens to answer, then Frank/ Kgomotso never pick up the call.
