do contents of emails get read?
za accounts do not read contents of my email. They sent me an email stating that I could download my shipping documents from the SANS link. I immediately asked them where do I find the link and all they do now is send me the documentation. I asked a simple question regarding the link; which was their suggestion but they are not answering my question!!

28 Apr 2023, 14:53Thank you for sending me the link to myDHL. There I can find a copy of the waybill, a copy of the suppliers invoice, a copy of the European union but no copy of the SAD500 and other shipping documents. Where is the link to let me donwload the SAD500?
