dissatisfaction and extremely poor service.

it has now been 7 weeks passed and is still have not received my parcel which arrived in the country on the 29th September 2020 till date i have been given lame excuses and bull**** explanations regarding customs. apparently as per the DHL consultant there are only 5 people working at customs at present who handle all shipments from all freight companies nationwide. could a senior management personal kindly contact me, i would like to finalise this issue. I again would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service i have received from DHL, as per my previous review someone from DHL was going to contact me within 24hrs, which did not happen. I a praying that this issue could be resolved. your consultant Kolofelo Mpye needs more training regarding his customer service skills, and professionalism. REF AWB:***
