Dishonest, *********** ********

Really a struggle to get my parcels delivered. Really unhelpful lot of people.

I scheduled a priority shipment for delivery on the 17th, DHL then moved the date to the 21st, with out providing a reason. Started following up from my side, fighting to get it delivered, eventually paid the Botswana taxes from my side.

Parcel was not delivered when promised, and I am no longer receiving updates on this shipment. Its been a very disappointing experience, i paid for a service they couldn't provide (nor did they ever have an intention to try) and I still don't know when these clowns are delivering my parcels.

To charge somebody for something, and then provide it makes you a *******.

Emails are being ignored.
