Disgusting service all round from DHL

Absolutely disgusting service from DHL. My parcel arrived in the country over a month ago and had apparently been stopped by customs for inspection. I produced the required documentation and was sent an invoice to make payment of duties and fees. This was done and after a week my parcel had still not arrived. The agent dealing with the matter simply does not respond to emails and when i call keeps telling me she will call back but never does. I have tried every possible avenue to get information but it is proving impossible. While typing this I have been holding on for the agent for over 30 min and she keeps relaying messages via someone else that she will call me back but today i am refusing to put the phone down until she has given me feedback. This is appalling from a so-called internationally recognised company. The agents name is Aletta Tshabalala.
