Disgusting Service
What does it take to get some reasonable communication from DHL South Africa. They are an absolutely disgusting company to do business with and do not understand or seek to understand the reason behind the problem. 9 people hundreds of emails and still no resolve to getting my shipment yet from what I can ascertain based on a stamped document it has been released by Customs Port Health. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND HOW I GET MY PARCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
