Disgusting Service
Absolutely disappointing and disgusting service from this company. I called in this morning to arrange a collection with a consultant named Jonathan, hours later my package is still not picked up only to find out that the consultant put the wrong information when I booked telephonically. This is the second incident where DHL has been absolutely terrible. I will be advising our company to close the account with you!
