Disgusting service

I’m very vivid and angry at DHL I have been waiting on my parcel which arrived in Durban 28 December, since I live in the rural area they gave it to Ram to deliver , 2 Jan I went to DHL riverhorse and they told me they gave it to Ram, ram never delivered than I requested to DHL to retrieve it, a lady called and told me my parcel is at DHL, today Friday when I arrived at DHL riverhorse I’m told the parcel is still with ram, I’m so angry, wasted petrol & my time for my parcel ********** 423
