DISGUSTING service!
I purchased items off of Amazon.com, something I have done for quite some time and the delivery was handled by DHL.
The packages took three days to get here from California ad Florida (on express delivery, which I paid a fortune for!) and now they have sat in the Johannesburg DHL offices since the 27th of August!!! 3 days to get here and now 11 days being processed??!!!!!
This is desperately typical of South Africa and "Africa time."
I have sent multiple emails, have spoken to numerous people and no-one can give me a straight answer, actually I just feel like I'm being **** to constantly.
I have not had a phone call unless I've called, have not had an email unless I mailed, and no-one has informed me of what is happening. No information whatsoever?!
Can Amazon use anyone besides DHL?
