Disgusting DHL Express

My sister send me a parcel from New Zealand on 25/09/2018 it arrived at Jhb on 27/09/2018. At the end of October I started enquiring why this take so long. Eventually I was told that there is an import fee payable of R1499 and I have to contact iTAC. After about a week trying to talk to someone I got the right advise and action this accordingly. On the 13th of November I spoke to someone from DHL Express pleading to them to remove this from their warehouse. I was told “Trust me” they will not remove it and even if they do it takes months and I will get a letter first. Well Well, called them today just to be informed I now have to pay and additional R1500 ply R240 as this parcel is now with the state warehouse, which was send to them on the 13th of November. How is this possible???!!! DHL do not promise something which you intend not to do ON THE SAME DAY!!! Why did you never follow up with the sender to confimr my correct contact details? Why dont you return calls and only give me info and feed back when I call??
