Disgusting and Lazy service

<p>This morning, at 10 oclock, I went to PostNet Florida Park to prepay for an URGENT letter to be couriered from Edinburgh Scotland. I have just received a phone call (3:24pm) from the person in Edinburgh saying that DHL there telephoned her to say that they had already left that area so they will only collect the letter tomorrow. This is a very urgent letter which MUST be here by Monday, it is a document required to finalise the issue of and URGENT passport to enable the traveller to fly overseas on 21 September and this kind of useless service is not acceptable. I cannot afford to lose one day. Once this letter arrives, it will take another 4 days for the passport to be issued. Please let me know how this disgusting service can happen. The least you can do now is to Contact your people in Edinburgh and make sure that they collect the letter today and that it gets on tonights flight.</p>
