Disgusted with service from Dhl Durban
Absolutely disgusting service from Dhl express Durban. No refund received for double payment and parcel took over 1 month to be collected. Don’t go there please. poor service from customer service. Disgusting!!!!

28 Apr 2026, 10:36The refund had not been received. The consultant said it was confirmed on the 21st via email. Therefore it was untrue to put it politely.
The parcel was collected 1 month after my payment. Lots of excuses.
Therefore I would not recommend Dhl express Durban to anyone.
Don’t cover up your error.
I don’t respond well to cover ups.
Get your act together.
