Disappointing service
I'm absolutely disappointed in the level of service received from DHL. I was awaiting a parcel from Germany and received no updates upon the item's arrival. I had to follow up on a daily basis for a week, only to find out that the item was damaged and is on its way back to Germany. The sender has received no email to verify this nor to advise on next steps.

Looking at the tracking number mentioned, CR***DE I can confirm that your shipment is not moving with DHL Express but rather as part of Global Mail , under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Global mail , although trading under the DHL banner is one of 4 separate DHL companies which are not legally linked to each other and are standalone legal entities. This parcel did not move on the Express network but via Global Mail.
