Disappointing DHL Experience – No Support After Handover

I’ve always trusted DHL to deliver efficiently, but this experience has been a complete letdown. While my shipment may have technically been handed over to a third-party courier (RAM Couriers), DHL has offered no real support or accountability throughout the process.

Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, DHL’s only response was to say it’s scheduled for delivery — with no updates, no involvement, and no effort to ensure the delivery was actually completed. It’s now the end of the day, and I still haven’t received my package.

Passing responsibility to a third-party doesn’t excuse DHL from the customer experience. As the sender’s logistics partner, DHL should be actively supporting and advocating for the customer — especially when things go wrong. Instead, I was left chasing answers on my own with no real assistance from DHL.

I expected better. This experience has seriously affected my trust in DHL and who they choose to work with.
